we have lived in our building for over 20 yrs and recently had an infestation of bed bugs
we are now free of them for the time being after much $$$ on fumigation replacing beds carpets etc
the landlord will not acknowledge our emails fax phone calls letters re asking for compensation for treatment
after all its their building too
so we want to register the building here because if we had/have them so do others

Ok Just A FYI ... If it is a building the chances are you are wasting your money on spraying the place unless they do every crevest of the entire building. They will come back eventually ... small claims court might e the only way out and notify the actual building owners not the condo owners. The fact is they can still ive in partical board items and wood items if you have them .. the bugs look like black oil was pured on furniture and inside the wood you can flip it over and see if there is anything that looks like black spots in partical board and usually visible as round circles or patches of black mold sight.. if you notice it in the furniture get rid of it or you will pack it with you for months. if you do move. It is not easy to get rid of had to pack shit in sealed and taped garbage ags and make sure no tears happened in the bags itself. You have to leterally wash every piece of fabric they do not like metal beds if you can find furnitrue made of metal it is est and keep all furniture at least a inch away from the walls
